Job Responsibilities:

• • Handle end-to-end procurement for conveyor systems & material handling equipment.
• • Vendor sourcing, negotiation, rate finalization, and PO issuance.
• • Strong involvement in costing, cost comparison, and cost optimization.
• • Strong knowledge of purchase costing, cost breakup, and cost estimation for conveyor & material handling systems.
• • Ability to prepare and analyze detailed cost sheets for raw materials and machined components.
• • Expertise in cost comparison statements (CS) and vendor rate analysis.
• • Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate vendors, materials, and value engineering.
• • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, especially machining processes.
• • Monitor price trends and control cost escalation.
• • Ensure procurement within approved budgets and target costing.
• • Support management in finalizing competitive and optimized purchase costs.
• • Coordinate with Design & Project teams to optimize costing at planning stage.

Key Skills Required:

• • Ability to handle delivery timeline pressures.
