Job Summary

We are seeking a PLC Lead Engineer with strong expertise in PLC programming, system architecture, and project leadership. The role involves leading automation projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

---

• • Lead end-to-end PLC & automation projects
• • Develop and review PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs
• • Architecture finalization for automation systems
• • Site commissioning, FAT, SAT, and troubleshooting
• • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, application, and project teams
• • Guide and mentor PLC / automation engineers
• • Client interaction for technical discussions and approvals
• • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards
• • Documentation, backups, and version control

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• • 6+ years of hands-on experience in PLC & Industrial Automation
• • Strong command over Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi PLCs
• • HMI & SCADA development (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.)
• • Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, safety PLCs, sensors, and networks
• • Experience in material handling / conveyor automation preferred
• • Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills
